Single garlic (also known as garlic, single head garlic or pearl garlic) is produced in the mountainous areas of Yunnan Province. It is grown with organic fertilizer without chemical pollution. Dimensions range from 2.5 cm to 4.5 cm. The harvest time is from February to March every year. It's purple and white. It has beautiful appearance, unique flavor and bird flue prevention.
